What I do to put energy into my life:
I celebrate self-care by nourishing my mind, body and spirit. I enjoy learning new things, reading, listening to books on audio and listening to podcasts on a variety of different topics. I enjoy physical fitness activities, including cycling, hiking and yoga. And I nourish my spirit through prayer, growing my faith and spending time in nature with admiration and gratitude for the incredible beauty that God has created for us.
Why I became a Chaplain:
I became a chaplain because God put a calling on my heart to serve my community and help those in need during some of the most difficult times in their lives. I am grateful that I was accepted in the chaplaincy program. It is an honor and a privilege to serve.
